I would be interested in playing (four hours every two weeks is something I think I can fit in my schedule) and it sounds like fun. I've never played online before nor the GURPS or PDQ system.
Scheduling may be an issue - I'm in New Zealand and I'm not sure what timezone you were planning to play in...
